In One Of Your Moods

Instead of getting upset with everyone around you because you’re feeling irritable, rail it in. Sure there are those who are doing things that irritate you, but is it them or is it you?. It’s easier to find fault in everyone then it is to acknowledge that at this moment everything bothers you. So let’s give everyone a break and back it up for a while. It’s okay to be grouchy and mad at the world but not when it’s hurting everyone around you. Do what you need to do to cool off. Take a break from your daily schedule and do something special for yourself. And when you’ve calmed down, apologize to those you’ve offended and let them know how much you appreciate them. You don’t have to be perfect all the time, but be careful that you don’t hurt anyone along the way.
