How many conversations do you have with yourself in a day? Usually these talks come from a place of indecision. Having doubts about where your life is going. Asking yourself whether what you are doing is right for you. Trying to be convincing but knowing the more you question yourself, the harder it is to decide what to do. When you begin talking to yourself more and more, then it’s time to put this conversation on hold for awhile. Why are you stressing yourself out by making a decision you’re not ready to make? When you’re trying to convince yourself about something you’re not sure of, you’re more than likely going to settle for a decision that won’t make you happy. Listening to yourself isn’t easy, but it’s so worth while in the end.
