It's okay to be overwhelmed. It's okay to feel defeated. It's okay not knowing who you are or where you're going. You are just being human. You're not perfect and sometimes you won't be able to do everything you want to do. No matter how much you push yourself to be everything to everyone including yourself, there will always be something else that needs to be done. At one point, your body, mind, and spirit will remind you that it's time to take care of yourself. Even if it's just for a moment that you sit down and breath. The time you take to pause is as important as the hours you work towards making your life as you want it to be. It's okay to be less than perfect. It's okay to cry. It's okay to just be. We love your mistakes. We love your tears. We love you just the way you are.

(Sometimes it feels so good to cry. It's as if all the frustration that has built up gets washed away. Wanting things to go the way I want and having it happen that way is highly unlikely. But it doesn't stop me from wishing. I understand when I get hit with things happening over and over again is only the universe having me repeat things till they becomes a habit. My question is how many times do things have to be repeated to become a habit. I am so done with this.)
