We often times hear that we should take a moment to be grateful for the things we have been blessed with. But how many of us actually do this everyday or even once a week. Maybe it's been a passing thought every once and awhile when things are going good. It's only when our life is not going well that we begin to notice that there is something missing. Like everything else, doing something that we've not done on a regular basis takes time and commitment. Even taking the time to identify one thing seems one thing too many when adding to our already busy life and making a commitment to do this daily is easy enough to do, but it would be a miracle if we remember what it was that we committed to by the end of the day. If we took just a second every morning to do this, it would change the course of our day. We live in a universe that is overflowing with blessings. The wonderful thing is that even if we don't take the time to be grateful, we would continue to receive them. The universe sees you for what you are, not what it receives from you. Today, identify at least one blessing in your life that you are grateful for. Give thanks for it was given to you unconditionally. Blessings are just the universe's way to shine a light on your path, so you do not stumble through the darkness.
Nature's beauty shines upon us every day.
