Often times our life is filled with chatter that by the end of the day, we are so exhausted. Moments of true silence have become so rare that many of us feel uncomfortable when there are pauses in conversation. Turn off the television, use the internet sparingly, and keep conversations to a minimal. Set aside quiet time so that your spirit can relax, reflect, and rejuvenate.
